Craig H. Edgecumbe

Education

Mr. Edgecumbe received his J.D. with Honors from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors from the University of California, Los Angeles, where he majored in finance. Mr. Edgecumbe is a member of the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of California. He has been published on real estate and other legal issues, and has been a lecturer and moderator for the State Bar on real estate and related issues.

Experience

Mr. Edgecumbe has extensive experience in all aspects of land planning (subdivision map, survey review, land assembly), preparation of purchase agreements, options, commercial loan transactions including preparation of opinion letters on the enforceability of loan documents. He has vast experience in the review, examination and negotiation of all aspects of real estate title matters, formation of entities for the purchase, holding, development or sale of real property, including corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships.

Seminars and Speaking Engagements

Mr. Edgecumbe is a long time moderator and speaker for the Lorman Education Services on topics such as real estate sales, development and fundamentals of title policies. He is also the moderator and speaker for the California State Bar on real estate and related issues.
